21.07.22 First Willow Warbler of autumn

A still overcast evening visit.

Willow Warbler

A brief evening visit where a bright, lemon Willow Warbler was a welcome sight. c150 Swift passed overhead along with a high flying Ringed Plover.

The headland looking very parched at the moment.

The previous morning saw a juvenile Black Redstart in shooters, three croaking Nightingale heard, a Reed Warbler, 4 fly over Yellow Wagtail, a single Sand Martin south, whilst a Red Kite drifted west.
