Overcast light SW wind.
The last day of June, recent days have been quiet. On the 28th, 2 Nightingale gave themselves away by their dry wooden croaks in Shooters were typical of the date. Lots of Marbled White’s on the wing now and bumping into Hummingbird Hawk-moths with regularity.

As I have in previous years, I spent sometime in late June checking local woodlands for signs of Honey Buzzard activity, mostly without success although I did encounter this female.
